Our roots are in LEAN research at Chalmers, and we still work side by side with the industry to turn those ideas into practical tools. We spend time on project sites, in planning rooms, and in workshops with teams, and what we learn there shapes how Yolean works in real projects. Engineers, developers, and construction professionals solve problems together, always with the same focus: reduce waste, improve flow, and make everyday project work easier. We believe construction runs better when people share the same picture and use tools that fit reality.
